A) We can take orders from oversea customers. Payment method will be credit card, PayPal or wire transfer. We will select the most convenient freight carrier to the place where you live, such as FedEx, UPS, TNT or US Post Service. Drop-ships from Japan can also be arranged by requests |

| Q) Can I order non-5ZIGEN products through you? |

A) Yes. Our parent company, 5ZIGEN International, is a major wholesale distributor of performance parts as well as a parts manufacturer in Japan. We can provide many authentic Japanese brands which are hardly seen in the states. |

| Q) How much horsepower does your exhaust system gain? |

A) 5ZIGEN offers various exhaust systems. The performance gain depends on each system, the model of the car, the modification levels, etc. Please consult an authorized 5ZIGEN dealer or one of our sales staff for more detailed information. We can help you find the best system for your car needs. |
| Q) Is your exhaust system street legal? |

A) In the USA, it depends on the area where you live. We believe our street legal model in Japan should be OK to be used in most parts of the USA. However, some states and cities have stricter regulations. Please consult with local 5ZIGEN dealers before you order your exhausts. |
| Q) Do you have product warranty on your exhausts? |
| |
A) No. As with other performance parts, 5ZIGEN exhausts don’t come with warranty.
However, we will exchange the exhaust in case the installers find production defects while installing it. Please claim the production defect within 7 days from its delivery. |
| Q) The exhaust was delivered with damage. Do you exchange it? |
| |
A) All products shipped from 5ZIGEN USA are insured. We will exchange the product if the damage was done by the trucker/freight company. Please claim the damage within 3 days from the delivery date to the shop you ordered. |

| Q) How can I know the size of the wheel that fit my car? |
|
A) The best fitting size of the wheels depend on the model, alignment, tire size, etc. Please consult with an experienced tire/wheel installer or contact one of our friendly sale staff. |
| Q) Do you have warranty on wheels? |

A) No. As with most performance parts, 5ZIGEN wheels don’t come with warranty. We will replace wheels if production defects, such as cosmetic defect, out of balance, etc., are found before mounting tires on the wheels. We don’t accept any claims after tires are mounted. Please claim the production defect within 7 days from its delivery. |
| Q) The wheel was delivered with damage. Do you exchange it? |

A) All products shipped from 5ZIGEN USA are insured. We will exchange the product if it was damaged by the trucker/freight company. Please claim the damage within 3 days from the delivery date to the shop you ordered. |
| Q) Do you have touch up paint for the wheels? |

A) No. We don’t offer touch up paint or color codes. Please consult with your local wheel repair shops. |
| Q) Can you fix the wheel if it was bent, curved or cracked? |
| |
A) It depends on how bad the bent or curve is. Please consult with a local wheel repair specialists. Cracked wheels cannot be repaired at all. |
| Q) Can you make custom offset or PCD for your wheels? |
| |
A) It is technically possible. However, it requires a minimum quantity of hundreds to be sold at the same price as regular sized wheels. Some wheels allow for PCD modification by drilling and putting inserts into the lug holes. Please contact us for more detailed information. |
| Q) Do you offer custom painted wheels? |
| |
A) We can paint, powder coat or chrome wheels locally here in Los Angeles by request. |
